The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on management of state-owned property objects

The bill (Reg. No. 3107) suggests amend the Economic Code of Ukraine, the laws “On Business Associations”, “On Lease of State and Municipal Property”, “On management of state-owned property”, etc.

The bill also suggests define legal order of the use of property, assigned to executive and judicial authorities, and the right to disposal of property.

It is suggested to broaden the powers of the Cabinet of Ministers on management of state-owned property, particularly regarding making decisions on transforming businesses, that are not subject to privatization, into state joint stock companies.
